Cancellation Policy

At Catchola Market, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders can be canceled, who is eligible, and what conditions apply.

1. Order Cancellations by Buyers

a. Before Shipping or Fulfillment

  1. Buyers may cancel an order before it has been marked as shipped or fulfilled.
  2. To cancel:
  3. Log into your account
  4. Go to Orders > Cancel Order
  5. Select a reason and confirm

If the cancellation is approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

b. After Order Is Shipped

  1. Once an item has been shipped or marked as fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
  2. In such cases, buyers must wait to receive the item and then request a return or refund (see our Refund Policy).

2. Order Cancellations by Sellers

Sellers may cancel an order if:

  1. The item is out of stock or unavailable
  2. The buyer has requested cancellation before shipping
  3. There is an issue with payment or delivery information

Sellers are required to notify the buyer and Catchola Support immediately and provide a clear reason. Repeated seller cancellations may result in penalties.

3. Automatic Cancellations

Catchola Market reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  1. The transaction is flagged for suspected fraud or policy violations
  2. The seller does not fulfill the order within the required timeframe
  3. Payment verification fails

In such cases, buyers will receive a full refund automatically.

4. Digital Products and Services

Due to the nature of digital goods or downloadable content:

  1. Orders cannot be canceled once the item is delivered or accessed
  2. If there’s a technical issue, contact support@catcholamarket.com for assistance

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  1. Approved cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days
  2. Refunds go to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
  3. Partial refunds may apply if services or customizations were started before cancellation
