Catchola Market Return Policy

At Catchola Market, we strive to create a trusted and fair experience for all buyers and sellers. Our Return Policy is designed to protect customers while respecting the independence of our sellers.

1. General Return Policy

  1. Eligibility: Buyers may request a return if the item:
  2. Arrives damaged or defective
  3. Does not match the description or photos
  4. Is the wrong item sent
  5. Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  6. Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or significantly not as described:

  1. Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
  2. Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
  3. Custom or handmade items
  4. Digital goods or services
  5. "Final Sale" items clearly marked at time of purchase

3. How Returns Work

  1. Initiate Request: Contact the seller through your Catchola account or support page within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Wait for Response: Sellers have 3 days to respond. If there is no resolution, our support team can step in.
  3. Ship It Back: If approved, you'll receive return instructions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of the seller receiving the returned item.

4. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are expected to:

  1. Accurately describe items
  2. Package items securely
  3. Respond to return requests in a timely and respectful manner

5. Catchola Buyer Protection

If a seller is unresponsive or refuses a valid return, Catchola may issue a refund directly and take further action, including removing seller privileges for repeated violations.
