Catchola Market sellers offer various shipping methods, including:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Express/Next-Day Shipping (where available)
- Local Delivery or Pickup (for nearby buyers and sellers)
Shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the seller, item type, and your location.
2. Processing Time
- Most sellers process and ship orders within 1–3 business days.
- Custom or handmade items may take longer — refer to the product listing for details.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order is shipped.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight, size, and destination.
- Some sellers offer free shipping or flat-rate shipping.
- Any applicable fees will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or within your Catchola Market account.
- You can view tracking updates under Orders > Track Order.
If a seller doesn't provide tracking, you can message them directly through the platform.
5. Local Pickup or Delivery (if available)
For select items or locations:
- Buyers may choose local pickup or courier delivery.
- The seller will contact you to arrange time and place.
- Be sure to meet in safe, public locations and confirm delivery within the app to avoid disputes.
6. Delivery Delays
While most orders arrive on time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather disruptions
- Carrier issues
- High seasonal volume
- Incorrect shipping information
If your order is delayed beyond the expected window, contact the seller or reach out to Catchola Support.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is:
- Lost in transit
- Marked delivered but not received
- Delivered damaged
Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Catchola may investigate the issue and offer a resolution, including refund or replacement, under our Buyer Protection Policy.
8. International Shipping (Optional)
If your marketplace allows international sales:
- Some sellers may offer international shipping
- Delivery times and customs processes vary by country
- Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees
